Aquarius ERM Enterprise Report Management
Aquarius ERM Software is a product designed to automatically capture all your print-out reports before they are printed on paper.
All your reports and other documents printed at your facilities go through a print-queue before they are printed. Aquarius ERM can pull them from that queue before they go to your printer, index them automatically based on their content, store them and then make them immediately available through your network or the Internet.
Cost savings and conveniences are enormous –imagine not having to print any more paper, eliminating the need to distribute or store it.
Aquarius ERM was designed to function as a stand-alone or an integrated product with Aquarius DMS. It combines the strength of an industrial product with the ease of use characteristic of Aquarius DMS.

The Viewer
The ERM Viewer allows you to zoom, annotate, switch pages, browse through multiple reports, and display reports with an image overlay or background. This lets you post your pages as they look on paper. When printing, you can choose to print just your text or include your annotations or overlay. When handling report pages, you can post graphical or annotations on any position on any page.
Querying
Searching for reports in Aquarius ERM is a breeze; you can get to your reports by report name, by pre-defined indexed data based on the content of your report and even "scan" your whole report by any text of any page. ERM provides you with a hit list, so you can view and display multiple reports or documents simultaneously.
Integration with Document Management Software (DMS)
Aquarius ERM fully integrates with Aquarius DMS, so you can have all your information, regardless of its source in one easy-to-use interface. You can link reports to document applications, for example, get your aging report, rubber band an invoice number and with a click Aquarius gives you its corresponding image.
